We are seeing an increase in awareness of adult neurodivergence, which has been allowing more of our clients to get confirmation of their neurotype. But how do we support those folks? Join us for a conversation about neurodivergence (this training with focus on Autism, ADHD, Giftedness, and Sensory Processing Disorder). We will especially focus on the intersecting impact on marginalized communities. This training will meet cultural competence requirements.
Identify neurodivergence and identify intersecting factors impacting diagnosed individuals
Identify pros and cons of obtaining a diagnosis, as well as controversies
Develop skills to create a sensory toolbox to support clients
