ABOUT ME:
I offer a therapy space that feels warm, collaborative, and human. You don’t need to have everything figured out—none of us do. Together, we’ll build awareness of what you’re feeling and make sense of patterns so you can move through your life and relationships with more confidence and clarity.
I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults, especially LGBTQ+ folks, people in the kink community, those exploring identity, and anyone feeling stuck or disconnected. I show up as a real person in the room (within thoughtful boundaries), and I bring in humor when it fits—because therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or clinical to be meaningful.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a creative and curious person. I love art and artistic exploration, live music, and a good book. You’ll often find me with coffee in hand, thrifting, organizing something, or spending time with friends, kids, and pets (I’m definitely a cat person). I enjoy podcasts, video games, and a little trash TV, and I’m always interested in learning something new.
