my approach:
Hi, my name is Campbell (or Cam), and my approach to therapy starts with building a trusting relationship with my clients. My goal as a clinician is to create an environment where we can meet each other authentically. What’s your truth and how does it influence the way you see the world? I’d love to find out together! I have experience working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent populations, people of color, as well as people from a variety of socioeconomic backgrounds. Client autonomy is central to my practice. I tend to focus on a relational and systems-based lens along with psychodynamic theory to inform my approach.

ABOUT ME:
I am currently in my last year of Loyola’s Master of Social Work program with an emphasis on clinical mental health. In my free time I enjoy cooking, dancing, and connecting with my lovely friends and partner. My work is influenced by my identity as a white, trans, nonbinary lesbian. In relation to how this affects my work with clients, I am always interested to learn and hold space for complex or unique identities.
