
my approach:
I believe creating a therapeutic relationship is the most important part of the client's therapeutic journey. It takes partnership of the therapist to meet you where you are and chanllenging when needed and the client being open to change and integrate skills daily life. I want to understand clients worldviews and experience through their perceived lens; while creating a space that allows clients to take the lead in their own story. I view the therapeutic process as a collaboration that facilitates compassion and unconditional positive regard. I work from a CBT, DBT lens and teaching skills to address anxiety, stress, depression, parenting issues, relationship issues, emotional and behavioral issues

A first session will be an intake. This is where we discuss information related to your history, symptoms, and goals for the creation of your treatment goals.
