ABOUT ME:
I have navigated various intersectionalities throughout my life, and I hope to bring that knowledge and empathy into my practice. I chose to pursue a career in therapy because I believe that every person deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to find relief from all that life can throw at you. I have completed my BA in Psychology at Meredith College in North Carolina. I am also a second-year Master's in Social Work student at Jane Addams College of Social Work in UIC. I like to combine the knowledge of these two fields in my work by making sure to focus on your individual well-being, while also taking into consideration the systems that are in place to create harm. My goal is to help you navigate those systems and remind you of the empowerment you already possess. I have previously worked in residential programs before my time at Inclusive Insight, with my clientele being a mixture of individuals with eating disorders, body dysmorphia, anxiety, and depression.
