ABOUT ME:
I am a clinical social worker who specializes in helping LGBT people, especially trans people. I’ve lived my truth for years and am deeply embedded in the queer community through chosen family, friendships, and shared struggle. I bring both lived experience and clinical training to my work with clients, and I am a firm supporter of trans rights across the board. I follow WPATH’s Standards of Care and offer gender-affirming support across all stages of transition. I’m also happy to write referrals for medical care related to gender identity.
I am a member of the International Association of Social Work with Groups, and I believe group work is a powerful antidote to the isolation and disconnection so many of us feel today. I regularly attend consultation groups to hone my clinical skills and deepen my practice. I’m also trained in the Game to Grow method of using tabletop roleplaying games in therapy.
In my spare time, I work as a professional gamemaster, running Dungeons & Dragons games for a fee. I offer sliding scale services because I believe queer people deserve access to quality care, regardless of their financial circumstances.
