In Connection Support Group: Partners of Transgender Folx

Family Connection is specifically for parents, siblings, and other family members of trans folks, where we focus on understanding, acceptance, and creating strong, supportive relationships. This specialized support group is designed to provide a safe, compassionate space for those navigating their journey alongside a loved one who is transgender.

Change and relief come from acceptance. In this group, you'll learn DBT skills inlcuding mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance.
