This specialized support group is designed to provide a safe, compassionate space for those navigating their journey alongside a loved one who is transgender.

Change and relief come from acceptance. In this group, you'll learn DBT skills inlcuding mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance.
